DEFINITION AND USES: EMBANKMENT DOWNSPOUTS

The embankment downspouts by PREFABRICADOS ALBERDI, S.A. are individual pieces made of mass or reinforced concrete intended to channel rainwater in the open air. This type of element is usually placed one after another forming a channel with the necessary slope and direction.

The most common use for this type of piece is to form open-air channels to direct rainwater in big dual carriageways and motorways, generally with very steep slopes or sides.

 

Depending on the requirements embankment downspouts can also be custom made.
